Timmy Vulgar fronted the CLONE DEFECTS through three great albums of detroit rock n roll mayhem, before forming his current project HUMAN EYE....... both bands are highly recommended.....but i fucking love the CLONE DEFECTS.....and wish i could just give anyone who says they love garage rock copies of their lps.......
this is some drunken noisy garage punk informed by both slutty glam rock and dysfunctional motown soul...... careening in different directions, yet sucking you deep into some twisted dark world of feedback and nightmares......you don't hear albums this interesting, grimy, off the wall and fun everyday...... all i can say is the STOOGES would be proud....
